Our friendly staff are ready to assist, whether you are making an initial enquiry, asking for a quote or wish to make a firm booking.

Cheney Coaches are the only ISO 9001 accredited coach Company in the local area. We have recently been awarded a Gold Award for our Customer Service and Satisfaction. We have a range of coaches from 16 – 70 seats all with seat belts, on board telephones, stereo / PA systems & GPRS tracking facility. Additional features such as Air conditioning and Toilets are available on request.

Checks with the Criminal Records Bureau are carried out on all drivers employed by Cheney Coaches, they are approved by Oxfordshire County Council and have photo identity badges of which are carried at all times.
All Cheney Coaches used on school trips are fitted with seat belts
Our drivers wear a company uniform, which makes them readily recognisable
Cheney Coaches has a point of booking continuously staffed 0700-1730 (Mon-Fri)
Drivers are issued with a handbook, containing pertinent information to carry out their duties both professionally and in line with Cheney Coaches procedures
There is high quality driver training programme in place
All coaches are presented in a clean and safe condition
The customer’s journey documents will accurately reflect the customers booking
There is an effective complaints procedure
There is a 24 hour contact procedure in case of emergency
We keep signed records of all training given to drivers. This is to ensure that drivers have received appropriate training and that it has been understood.

The most common call we have relating to our Home to School transport is lost property!
